At Three Blind Mice, we pride ourselves with providing our clients an unwavering service and genuine care. We carefully schedule our appointments to ensure we can accommodate and perform our services to our valued clientele. Appointments are reserved especially for you. We do understand that plans change and, where possible, we ask that you provide us 48hour notice should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

our booking policy

Three Blind Mice require appointments to be confirmed prior to the day of your booking. For your convenience, we send an SMS prior to your appointment in which we ask you to reply confirm or reschedule. Three Blind Mice reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed appointment.

New Clients and repeat ‘no shows’/late cancellations are required to pay a deposit for their appointment booking. Three Blind Mice require a $100 deposit for all colour appointments and $50 for all cut and blow dry appointments. A minimum 24 hours cancellation notice is required or clients will forgo this deposit charge.

A ‘no show’ will be charged 100% of the booked appointment cost.

If you do need to cancel for any reason, we ask that you do so at least 24hours prior to your appointment.

Existing Client cancellation with less than 24hour notice of appointment will be charged 50% of the booked appointment cost.
